BlueCrest Health Group's Addiction Treatment Programs in New Jersey
Our range of addiction treatment programs in New Jersey focuses on providing a comprehensive approach to recovery.
Women's Rehab Center
The women’s rehab center focuses on providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for women struggling with addiction. This gender-specific program addresses the unique emotional, physical, and social challenges that women face during their recovery journey. The center offers individualized treatment plans, group therapy sessions, and access to specialized services such as trauma-informed care and mental health support.
While the women’s rehab center primarily caters to people who identify as women, BlueCrest Health Group is committed to inclusivity and welcomes people of all identities seeking help.
Men's Rehab Center
The men’s rehab center offers a specialized program catering to the unique needs of men living with addiction. This gender-specific program creates a supportive environment where men can openly discuss their struggles, challenges, and experiences. The center provides personalized treatment plans, group therapy, and access to additional services such as anger management and life skills training.
BlueCrest Health Group is inclusive of all gender identities; our men’s rehab center focuses on providing a male-centric environment for those who feel more comfortable in such a setting.
Our outpatient programs are designed for individuals who need addiction treatment but don’t need the 24/7 support involved in higher levels of care. This flexible option allows clients to maintain their daily commitments while receiving therapy, counseling, and support services. Outpatient programs typically include individual therapy, group sessions, and family counseling, with treatment plans tailored to each person’s specific needs.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
An IOP offers a higher level of care than a standard outpatient program. The BlueCrest Health Group IOPs require a more significant time commitment, typically involving multiple therapy sessions per week. These intensive outpatient programs are ideal for individuals who need a structured treatment plan but do not require round-the-clock supervision. Services at this level of care include individual counseling, group therapy, and family support, focusing on relapse prevention, coping skills, and emotional regulation.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Our PHP is the most intensive level of care at a BlueCrest Health Group center, providing a structured environment for individuals in early recovery. Partial hospitalization programs offer medical support, therapy, and counseling during daytime hours, allowing participants to return home or to a sober living accommodation in the evenings. This program is ideal for individuals who require continued support but are ready to reintegrate into their daily lives gradually.
BlueCrest Health Group is committed to providing ongoing support for individuals who have completed addiction treatment programs. Having a network of peers offers encouragement, resources, and social opportunities to help maintain long-term sobriety. Our alumni programs often include regular meetings, workshops, and social events, fostering connections and accountability among those in recovery.
Sober Living Program
We offer clients a supportive, drug-free environment to live in during treatment and as they transition from rehab. These homes provide a stable living situation and a sense of community, helping clients develop healthy habits and routines as they ease back into daily life. Our sober living programs have house rules, such as curfews, mandatory meetings, and regular drug testing, to ensure a safe and supportive atmosphere.
12-Step Treatment Program
The 12-step treatment program is a widely recognized approach to addiction recovery based on the principles of Alcoholics Anonymous. Clients focus on personal growth, accountability, and spiritual development as key components of the recovery process. Participants attend regular meetings, work through the 12 steps with a sponsor, and engage in service to their recovery community.
